Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Provide routine and preventive healthcare services, including annual physical exams, immunizations, and screenings.
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our electronic health records system.
Requirements :
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of New York.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
