Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver). A third facility in Longmont, CO (a suburb of Denver) provides in-house repair and fabrication of tools & dies.

Role Description :

The Payroll & HR Manager at Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) is responsible for managing payroll operations across all PMT sites and providing direct support to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing through ADP, maintains compliance with multi-state regulations, and supports HR initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting employees and operations across PMT’s 24-hour manufacturing environment in both Colorado and Texas. The incumbent must have experience in both payroll processing and human resources .
