SAYN is hiring an Amazon Advertising & Growth Director. This position will be fully in office, in our Miami, FL headquarters. There is no option for Hybrid or Remote; relocation assistance will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the Amazon growth strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers and purchasing teams
- Collaborate on listing optimization (SEO, keywords, images, titles & bullets) with the brand managers
Advertising & Performance Marketing
Lead and execute Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and paid media campaignsOptimize ad spend, ACoS and ROAS, defined by each brand's goalsAnalytics & Reporting
Building out reporting to share with the internal brand managers and the brandsCommunicating strategy with brandsQualifications
5+ years of Amazon marketplace experience, with at least 3 in a leadership roleProven track record of scaling 7–8 figure Amazon businessesDeep expertise in Amazon Ads (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Brands / Display)Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and PerpetuaHighly analytical with experience in tools such as Smartscout, Helium10, JungleScout, and PerpetuaStrong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and external partnersExcellent communication skills and organizationSeniority level
