As the Senior Manager, FP&A – Oncology Program Finance, you will partner with Clinical Operations to support clinical spend. You will drive the forecast and budget process, perform month‑end close, provide decision support and analysis, and produce management reporting.
Responsibilities
- Establish strong partnerships with the Clinical Operations team to provide comprehensive financial support and ongoing analytics for clinical study spend.
- Lead the month‑end close and forecast processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive the development of meaningful financial analyses and create effective presentations to communicate conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead the implementation of key process improvement initiatives and continuously improve planning, analyses, and reporting.
- Support financial analysis and reporting for development collaborations with external companies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and procedures, including financial disclosures for regulatory filings.
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses as needed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor’s degree with 6–8+ years finance experience (MBA / MS preferred).8+ years finance experience, including 6+ years with an MBA / MS or MA.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau preferred.Experience with project reporting, operational accounting and reporting.CPA or master’s degree, prior biotech or pharma R&D experience strongly preferred.Solution oriented with strong analytical capabilities.Demonstrated success working in a deadline‑driven, multi‑task environment.People Leader Accountabilities

$157,590.00 – $203,940.00 (base salary. Actual compensation will vary. Eligible for discretionary annual bonus, stock‑based long‑term incentives, paid time off and benefits).
