Systems Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Systems Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of new platforms and processes related to operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the full lifecycle of software implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals

Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources while managing cross-functional teams

Provide strategic oversight for the Salesforce team and drive adoption through effective training and communication

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in project management and system implementation, preferably in accounting or professional services

Strong understanding of ERP systems and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce

Large-scale software implementation experience

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors

Demonstrated capability in constructively questioning established practices
