About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience required

License : Valid Nursing License required

Certifications : BLS required. ACLS and NIHSS preferred.

Must-Have :

MS Telemetry experience required.

Experience with acutely ill medical-surgical and orthopedic patients.

Description :

Mandatory questionnaire must be completed.

Candidate must be aware of their submission and the job description.

Flexibility with scheduling is required.

Candidate must understand that there is a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences.

Candidate must notify if there are any barriers preventing compliance completion on time.

Candidate must pass a required EKG exam.

Shifts are 3x12 hours from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Weekend and holiday rotations are required.

Travelers may float between facilities.

Patient assignments may include up to 6 patients if needed.

Candidate should have experience managing telemetry patients.

Experience with various patient diagnoses including respiratory illness, post-operative care, diabetes, renal failure, and chronic pain is necessary.

Compliance must be completed in a timely manner.

Background checks will be required, and no open cases will be accepted.

Education verification through a 3rd party is mandatory.

Float requirements may apply to other campuses.

All RNs must be prepared for the EKG exam and can attempt it twice.

Modules will be completed during orientation and are not billable.
