Position Overview :

We are seeking an accomplished and results‑driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Las Vegas, NV . This is a full‑time, hybrid optional role reporting directly to the CEO. The CFO will play a critical role in driving growth through financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational improvements, working closely with the CEO and COO to scale our business.

They will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves, challenging inefficiencies, and driving solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Drive capital raising initiatives, securing both debt and equity financing to fuel growth and acquisitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and capital partners to ensure the company has access to necessary funding and favorable terms.
• Oversee insurance portfolios, ensuring appropriate risk coverage and cost efficiency across all assets and operational areas.
