Cabinet Fabrication Shop Manager with CNC Experience in Jacksonville

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Fabrication Shop Manager with CNC experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building custom cabinetry, operating CNC machinery, and interpreting technical drawings. This role requires a combination of craftsmanship, precision, and knowledge of modern fabrication techniques to produce high-quality cabinets and components.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble custom cabinets, casework, and millwork according to shop drawings and specifications.
• Set up, program, and operate CNC routers and related woodworking machinery to cut, shape, and drill materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and cut lists.
• Perform accurate measurements, cuts, and joinery for precise fits and finishes.
• Sand, edge-band, and finish parts as required.
• Inspect workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
