Guest Services Agent

We are hiring immediately for a part time Guest Services Agent position.

Location : Microsoft - 1 Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052. Note : online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Part time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement : 1 year of previous customer service experience is preferred.

Job Summary

Summary : This role will support client and guest engagement and requests, including providing information about the facility, handling special requests, answering inquiries, and forwarding messages or mail. The worker addresses guest complaints or escalates as needed and assists in emergency situations. Additional duties are assigned as needed.
