Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active DoD Secret Clearance Rate : $80 - $120 / hr. w2

Responsibilities :

• Interact with customers on solving problems
• Analyze system issues and perform corrective actions
• Perform on-site maintenance at each site as the need arises
• Conduct training at various local and remote sites
• Design and update training and operator manuals used by the customer
• Perform remote maintenance and software updates
• Operate and maintain customer and Viasat L-band Networks
• Configure and update network configuration changes
• Software testing and integration
• Confirm network configuration changes in a lab environment and deploy tested network configuration changes to a production environment
• Participate in 24 / 7 / 365 on-call duty rotation and respond to customer escalations

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
