Job Description
Produces quality radiographs, asserts quality control of the radiographic environment and maintains established radiation safety standards and practices.

Education, Experience and Training :
Education and experience equivalent to an Associate’s degree from an accredited American Medical Association approved Radiologic Technology Training School. One (1) year of work related experience.
Special Requirements / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Skilled in the use of standard software applications. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, departments and the general public. Must possess the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Certification / Medical Radiologist Texas (MRT) by the Texas Medical Board.
Physical / Environmental Requirements
Requires prolonged standing and ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
