SAP Human Capital Management Director
In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.
Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity As part of the SAP Human Capital team you are expected to direct efforts in the implementation of SAP On-Premise or Employee Central Payroll. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. You are also expected to provide SAP SuccessFactors product and implementation specialization to clients to achieve defined business outcomes.
