$88,500 - $117,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits
- Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales
- Oversee the financial performance of the branch office to ensure we’re meeting sales targets
- Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary
- Make sure staff are following ethical and legal compliance regulations when handling insurance investigation claims
Qualifications :
B.A. in business or financeActive insurance agent license in your state required5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industrySuperb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsExceptional knowledge of the most recent types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulationsAbout Company
