Sales Representative B2B at Geomet Recycling / Mitchell 1 (a division of Snap-on Inc.) — Independent Sales Contractor / 1099 position. 100% commission, uncapped, on-target earnings of up to $110,000. This outside sales role involves representing and selling industry-leading automotive repair and management software to automotive professionals.
Location : Territory including Saginaw, MI and surrounding cities.
Responsibilities
- Represent and sell automotive repair and management software to the automotive industry.
- Develop and manage an independent sales territory with self-generated leads and networked contacts.
- Provide ongoing sales support, product information, and marketing materials to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and earn commissions based on performance.
- Collaborate with training, support teams, and marketing to optimize the sales process.
Compensation & Benefits
100% commission with no cap; on-target earnings up to $110,000.Lucrative commission structure with 30% to 80+% commission on all sales.$1,000 paid training; paid every two weeks; sales incentives.New Rep Bonus : Up to $22,000 in bonus money within the first 4 months (in addition to commissions).Flexible work hours and assigned territory.Ongoing sales support, product support, and marketing materials.Ideal Candidate
