Were growing, and were looking for an Experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead complex reconstruction projects from start to finish. What You'll Do : Command the Project. Elevate the Standard.

• Lead reconstruction efforts for complex reconstruction projects caused by fire, water, storms, and moldincluding multifamily, residential, and commercial buildings.
• Own the budget. Develop scopes, work with our estimating team, and project budgets using Xactimate and other toolskeeping a sharp eye on cost control and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with clients, property owners, adjusters, and subcontractors to drive seamless project communication and execution.
• Drive execution on the ground. Oversee on-site teams, vendors, and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Keep the pulse. Maintain detailed schedules, documentation, reports, and billingmaking sure no detail is missed.
• Inspect, correct, perfect. Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code and safety compliance throughout.
• Own the outcome. Deliver not just rebuilt structuresbut peace of mind, satisfaction, and confidence to every client we serve.
