Family Law Paralegal (Remote)

Our family law and estate planning firm in Fairfax, Virginia is looking for an experienced paralegal to assist the attorneys in preparing and organizing various legal documents for upcoming cases and trials. THIS IS A 100% WORK FROM HOME/REMOTE WORK POSITION.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of professional results and high-quality output. Strong research and drafting skills, as well as attention to detail and organization skills, are absolutely essential to succeed in this role. Prior Virginia family law experience (3 years minimum) is required.
This is a remote position, which means you will enjoy a great deal of freedom and autonomy but must be highly disciplined and reliable. This position offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families while advancing your career in a remote setting.
Compensation:$55,000 - $65,000 yearly

We handle divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and related matters for families, including those with unique considerations involving military service and federal employment.

Our approach is deliberate: lead with collaboration, exhaust every path to resolution, and reserve court as a tool of last resort. We are building a firm where attorneys can practice at a high level, stay well-supported, and do work that genuinely matters.
