Compensation?

• Starting Wages at $41.90-$56.90 per hour
• Wage Calculation is based on experience, shift, a $3.40/hr Michigan Direct Care Incentive, $2/hr attendance bonus, and a $5/hr weekend warrior program.
• Flexible Pay Options: Get paid daily, weekly, or bi-weekly through UKG Wallet.
