POSITION OVERVIEW

The Bid Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Northstars preconstruction and estimating functions by ensuring that bid opportunities are well-organized, clearly communicated, and submitted on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Bid Coordinator serves as the central point of contact between estimators, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership, helping ensure pursuit efforts reflect accuracy, professionalism, and care.
