In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients through the complexities of personal injury cases from initial consultation to resolution. As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will work closely with attorneys, doctors, clients, and other stakeholders to manage case files, monitor progress, and facilitate communication to case resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address concerns throughout the case process.
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation for each case.
• Assist attorneys in preparing case summaries, demands, and other legal documents as needed.
• Monitor case timelines and deadlines to ensure timely progress and compliance with legal requirements.
• Conduct research on legal issues and keep abreast of changes in personal injury law that may affect cases.
• Liaise with insurance companies, medical providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate case development.
