US Trades is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Safety Representative to join our team supporting large-scale industrial and electrical construction projects. This individual will assist in promoting and maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily jobsite safety inspections and hazard recognition.
- Conduct and document toolbox talks and safety briefings in both English and Spanish.
- Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards.
- Assist with accident and near-miss investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain documentation for safety meetings, training records, and incident reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for first aid and emergency response on site.
- Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all trades and levels of personnel.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including reviewing safety orientations and jobsite-specific safety rules.
Requirements
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (required)CPR and First Aid Certification (required)Bilingual (English / Spanish) requiredStrong communication and organizational skills.Ability to build relationships and promote safety through teamwork and positive engagement.Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).Comfortable working in an industrial or construction environment.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on electrical construction projects or knowledge of electrical safety practices .Familiarity with industrial environments such as refineries, data centers, or manufacturing facilities.Previous experience supporting a site or safety team in a construction setting.
