Site Safety Representative - Entry Level

US Trades is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Safety Representative to join our team supporting large-scale industrial and electrical construction projects. This individual will assist in promoting and maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily jobsite safety inspections and hazard recognition.
• Conduct and document toolbox talks and safety briefings in both English and Spanish.
• Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards.
• Assist with accident and near-miss investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain documentation for safety meetings, training records, and incident reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for first aid and emergency response on site.
• Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all trades and levels of personnel.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including reviewing safety orientations and jobsite-specific safety rules.
