Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Systems Operations Engineer for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!
Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Job Title: Systems Operations Engineer Role Type: W2 only Duration: 12 months Locations: Charlotte, NC/Chandler, AZ/Dallas, TXJob Summary: The primary role of this position is to provide day-to-day support of systems and services in for the Enterprise Messaging SMTP Backbone and Email Security apps that handle the inbound/outbound routing of all email to/from the bank. The primary job is to ensure availability of a large on-premise production environment through proactive monitoring and fast response and resolution to any issues. As part of a 24x7x365 global support team, this position may involve on-call support.
Technical Skills: 4+ years Production SMTP Email support in a large corporate environment, 25,000 + users; including applications / services as follows: Proofpoint Sentrions (migrating to Proofpoint Cloudmark), Zix/Zixport, Proofpoint on Demand (POD), on-prem systems (PPS), FireEye, SMTP Enterprise Relay (SER), Microsoft Defender, and application channels.

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
