Property Owner and Management Company located in Queens, NYC is currently seeking to add a Tenant Services Coordinator / Customer Service Rep, to join their busy and growing team. The main responsibilities include answering a high-volume of tenant phone calls, responding to tenant requests, contract administration and administering the tenant work order system. This position is the frontline in customer service, and will identify trends in tenant work orders, and ensure metrics are being met with service requests.
