As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in the aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and coordinate security-related activities to help maintain a secure environment. Your role will involve communicating with team members, supporting routine patrols, and responding to incidents as needed. What You'll Do :

Monitor and manage access control systems, maintaining records of all personnel and vehicles entering or exiting the location.

Dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate communication during routine operations and / or emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Assist with incident reporting and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely communication to the appropriate parties.

Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors and staff according to site-specific policies and procedures.

Assist in monitoring surveillance systems and / or alarm systems to help deter unauthorized activities within the location.

Support regular communication with Allied Universal management and site leadership regarding ongoing security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
