A company is looking for a Senior Claims Representative to manage high priority accounts and catastrophic claims.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a claim inventory and verify coverage on each claim
Investigate claims through interviews and documentation, adjusting reserves as necessary
Provide training and mentorship to claims personnel and uphold high customer service standards
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or Human Resources (preferred)
3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
Insurance and / or industry certification or designation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, Excel, and IVOS
Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional telephone demeanor
