House Cleaner Job Summary
Our cleaning family is looking for professional cleaners / contractors (preferably with 1 year of cleaning experience). Must have reliable transportation.
Must have own cleaning supplies / equipment. Must be detail oriented with good communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude. Must be familiar with using apps. Create your own schedule. Casual attire.
Those with Housekeeping, Move-in / Move-Out, Deep Cleaning, Carpet / Upholstery Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, and Pressure Washing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual. Pay starts at $19 an hour. Contractors who are willing to provide on-the-job training receive $22 an hour.
House Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities
Vacuum or mop floors
Clean Restrooms / Toilets
Dust surfaces
Scrub surfaces to remove stains or build-up
Empty trash cans
Clean upholstered furniture
Wash and fold laundry as requested
Change out linens
Carpet Cleaning
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Contract Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications
Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products
Previous experience strongly preferred
Reliable transportation
Dependable personality and flexible schedule
Physical stamina
Attention to detail
