The Company is seeking a Vice President, Transformation & Strategy Leader to join their dynamic team. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or operations leadership, with a strong understanding of the health insurance industry. The role requires a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives, strong data analysis and operational design capabilities, and experience with enabling technologies such as automation, analytics, and AI. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
