A highly respected national litigation firm with nearly 40 years of success is expanding its New York team and seeking a Senior Associate Attorney experienced in New York Labor Law (Sections 240 / 241) and construction accident litigation.

What Youll Do :

• Manage a robust caseload of NY Labor Law and construction litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Partner closely with senior attorneys on case strategy
