Construction Project Coordinator- Wet Utilities

T.E. Roberts Inc. is a pipeline construction company is on the lookout for a dynamic Construction Project Coordinator. Our projects span across Southern California, including Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator with experience in Wet Utilities to oversee and ensure the seamless execution of construction projects. This role is pivotal in managing all facets of project execution, from initial planning and scheduling to budgeting and on-site management. As a coordinator, you'll work closely with a range of Project Managers, inspectors, contractors, architects, and engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, focusing on wet utilities, from planning stages to successful completion.

Efficiently allocate resources and manage budgets to ensure project milestones are met.

Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Collaborate with a wide range of professionals, including project inspectors, architects, and engineers, to ensure project compliance and success.

Leverage strong negotiation skills to ensure cost-effective procurement and contractor agreements.

Uphold exceptional quality standards in line with project specifications and requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Proven experience in construction project coordination or management. Experience with wet utilities preferred.

Familiarity with leading construction management software tools.

Exceptional leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate and manage teams.

Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms and managing project costs.

A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to oversee multiple aspects of project management effectively.

• Minimum 3 years experience

Compensation : $70,000 -

$90,000 / year
