About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Tax Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established CPA firm based in Austin. This role is ideal for a seasoned tax professional with a CPA license and extensive public accounting experience who thrives in client advisory, team leadership, and strategic tax planning across a diverse portfolio that includes nonprofits, estates, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review tax engagements for individuals, nonprofits, trusts, and private clients
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to reduce client liabilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering customized tax solutions
• Mentor and manage a team of tax professionals, promoting high performance
• Stay current on tax regulations and conduct complex tax research
