Service Delivery Manager

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager for Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery

Lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations

Oversee a cross-functional team, providing coaching and ensuring alignment with project goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3-5 years of experience in IT managed service delivery and client-facing roles

3+ years of experience managing operations of a Managed Service team

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies

U.S. citizenship status required due to government contract
