As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative social media advertising campaigns designed to amplify our outreach and boost engagement with both B2B and B2C audiences. We are seeking a strategic and creative individual who possesses a solid background in B2B / B2C marketing and has a keen interest in making an impact within the clinical research or healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, create, and launch compelling social media ad campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, to effectively target our desired B2B / B2C markets.
- Design and oversee content calendars that resonate with our brand identity and align with business goals.
- Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign success, enhance ad performance, and provide actionable insights on metrics.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to boost website visibility and improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media initiatives are coherent with the broader marketing strategy.
- Maintain a pulse on social media trends, industry advancements, and evolving technologies to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements :
At least 4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing.Significant expertise in managing B2B social media platforms, SEO, and advertising.Demonstrated skill in designing effective social media ads, particularly on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.Proficient in utilizing social media analytics and ad management tools.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience within the clinical research or healthcare industry is highly desirable.Familiarity with the staffing industry.A strong understanding of regulations and best practices in healthcare marketing.
