Position Overview
Aveanna Education Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who will be responsible for the delivery of quality care, according to the student's Individualized Education Plan.
Location : Southern Lehigh School District - Center Valley, PA
Schedule : 7 : 45am to 3 : 45pm
Grades : K-12
Caseload : Within agency guidelines, includes travel time

Essential Job Functions Assessment & Planning
- Develop and update Individualized Education Plans
- Align goals with student IEPs and team input
- Provide direct and consultative services per IEP / ITP
- Monitor and adjust interventions based on student progress
- Ensure fidelity of implementation of behavior intervention plans
Behavioral Interventions
Implement evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, PRT)Develop and oversee Positive Behavior Support plansProvide behavior crisis support as neededDesign programs to build communication, social, and adaptive skillsUtilize tools like PECS, AAC, and verbal behavior techniquesSupport daily living skills (toileting, dressing, feeding)Team Collaboration
Participate in IEP team meetings and training sessionsCollaborate with multidisciplinary team of teachers, therapists, and staffSupervise and coach BHTs, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and class aidesProvide parent training and strategy supportConduct skill-based training sessions when necessaryAdministrative
Collect and analyze behavior and skill acquisition dataMaintain current written documents or electronic files, as required by the clinical team.Maintain daily notes and compliance documentationEnsure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.Complete other duties, as assignedQualifications
Masters degree in AppliedBehavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a relatedfieldBoard Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA), in good standing with BACBValid Licensed Behavior Specialist in PAStrong understanding of ABA principles and techniques, including DTT, NET, and PRT.Two (2) years of experience conducting FBAs and creating Behavior Support PlansExperience teaching functional communication and social skills, and implementing and creating behavior analytic programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Proficiencyin data collection and analysis tools.As an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds, employees must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate.
