Senior Marketing Insights Manager

Department : Marketing

Reports to : Florida State Director

FLSA Status : Exempt

Location : Remote / Travel to FL

Role Summary :

Trulieve is in search of a Senior Marketing Insights Manager that can analyze all aspects of the marketing funnel performance to understand what works for the business and ultimately supports the positive delivery of defined KPI's.

This can be brand launches, key in-market activations, engagement with a dominance toward promotional performance. The correlation to customer profiles will all be important regardless of the KPI measurement as the long-term goals will always circle back to understanding customer behavior through the lens of marketing insights.

This individual will synthesize multiple reports to gain an overall situational comprehension and report consolidated findings to business decision makers.

The candidate will be working with senior executives and must have the ability to translate insights into strategic actionable business decisions based on the data and analysis.

The position will require the candidate to be technically proficient with a high degree of business acumen.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market analyses and research, analyzing marketing strategies, product lines and overall performance of the business in regard to specific marketing initiatives.

  • large datasets from various systems to produce actionable insights and present the results to stakeholders at all levels within the company
  • customer behaviors and work with other analysts to join different data sources for measurement & total attribution.
  • Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
  • Perform analysis of competitors and identifying opportunities.
  • Create a detailed marketing toolkit for each channel with a strong emphasis on promotions.
  • Create business optimization recommendations using data and reporting.
  • Plan and monitoring coupled with detailed variance analysis.
  • Reporting and presenting strategic plans that align with stated goals and objectives.
  • Develop new models that underpin sound business decisions.
  • Interface with the data analytics group to define recurring and ad hoc reports as required to complete business analysis.
  • Participate in state strategy sessions.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Experience working with Senior Leadership
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis combined with understanding of key performance indicators specific to marketing channels and associated customer behaviors.
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical background
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong business acumen

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods or retail industry
