Description

Job Summary : Assist in managing the day-to-day duties associated with our corporate investor relations department, and help in building a formal M&A strategy.

Essential Responsibilities / Activities :

• Organize information and data to help best position the investor relations team in performing their day-to-day duties of analyzing the company and communicating information to the investment community.
• Assist in creating, managing and maintaining investor relations materials, including IR presentations, press releases, earnings releases and presentations, annual report and proxy material and quarterly Board material.
• Participate in calls and meetings with shareholders and prospective investors.
• Help build and manage a formal M&A strategy, including forming a strategy, constructing a formal process and working with internal leadership, investment bankers and consultants to help build a pipeline of opportunity to analyze and pursue.
• Research macroeconomics, the industry and internal operations to assist in performing both investor relations and corporate strategy duties.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field and 5 years of experience as a financial analyst, strategist, or related position. Advanced or master's degree and 8 years' experience preferred. CFA preferred.
