Job Description
Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD regulations. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure safety and adherence to plans. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients. Resolve project-related challenges promptly and efficiently. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date. Mentor and support team members to promote professional growth and project success.
