Position Title : Restaurant Manager
Reports To : Director of Food and Beverage
Salary : $58,000 to $61,000

Job Summary
Summary : As a Restaurant Manager at Omaha Steakhouse, you will assist in the day-to-day food service operation. The position entails ensuring the standards of excellence are met, supervises staff, and supports leadership with financial responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Manages all functional areas of the restaurant.
Trains, manages, and develops hourly associates.
Assisting in the interviewing and hiring of frontline staff.
Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company culinary and marketing team.
Oversees ordering, inventory and cost controls.
Guest service and hospitality
Assists with catering and special events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
5 years of food service management experience.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, and / or related food service operations.
Experience managing cost controls is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
ServSafe Certification is preferred.
Associate's degree is preferred.
