EPC Warranty Manager

A company is looking for an EPC Warranty Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage warranty cases and claims for EPC projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing warranty team while implementing performance management systems

Coordinate with Operations and Legal departments to address legal notices and manage warranty budgets

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in Utility Scale Solar Project Management or Construction

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Understanding of safety principles related to equipment

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
