Job Purpose & Scope : Responsible for assisting the strategic expansion of the Bank's reach into diversified Commercial & Industrial (non-real estate) and sponsor backed banking as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects in an assigned market area.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of finance and credit analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of lending activities and terminology.
• Knowledge of federal and state lending and compliance regulations.
• Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate effective leadership presence and credibility.
• Ability to demonstrate strong business acumen and business development skills.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functional and organizational groups and build business relationships to achieve the desired objectives of the Bank.
• Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
