Senior Director, Procurement, RNA Hub

Job Summary

The Senior Director, Procurement, RNA (Region North America) Hub, leads the U.S., Canada, and Caribbean region in the function of global indirect procurement. This role leads the Hub NAM Category Management Team as well as the local country indirect procurement operational teams.

• This position requires working onsite in Lake Zurich, IL, 3 days per week; other days may be worked remotely.
• This position does not offer sponsorship either now or in the future.
• Salary Range : $250,000-270,000
• Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 22% of the base salary.
• Position is eligible to participate in our medium-term incentive plan.
• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
