Primary Responsibilities

Lead by example and embody Bozzuto’s core values and culture.

Inspire the team to execute sales, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and retention goals.

Manage the financial performance of the property in accordance with the budget.

Coach all team members so they understand their contribution to the big picture.

Deliver timely, accurate financial and operational reports to clients and ownership, explaining effectiveness, trends and variances.

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, residents, employees and vendors.

Master the competitive marketplace and coach the team in differentiating the community.

Partner with consumer marketing to implement strategies that position the community as a destination.

Create an environment that ensures guest satisfaction and exceptional community reviews.

Work weekends to meet prospective residents’ needs—one weekend per month with two days off during the week.

Encourage professional growth and collaboration among team members.

Support participation in training and educational opportunities.

What You Bring To Us

4‑year college degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years in property management, hospitality or retail.

A proven record of building, developing and retaining high‑performing teams.

Strong relationships with clients, investors, ownership and vendors.

Experience managing a budget and / or P&L.

Proficiency with industry software (YARDI) and other applications.

Solid financial skills, basic knowledge of GAAP.

Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.

A sharp professional appearance.

Real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) where applicable.

Salary Range

$120,000—$127,000 USD
