Location : Travel Role - Field-based 100% Travel (Upstate NY, Denver, Midwest, etc.)

Job Overview

• The Solar Construction Superintendent provides on-site leadership for midsize community solar projects ranging from 1 to 10 megawatts (MW).
• This role oversees all field operations including civil, mechanical, and electrical work to ensure safe, timely, and budget-conscious project delivery.
• The Superintendent leads field crews and subcontractors, enforces quality and safety standards, and serves as the primary on-site contact for stakeholders.
• Must be willing to travel and hold a valid drivers license.
