Warehouse Customer Service Representative (2–3 Years Routing / Logistics Experience Required)
Full-time | $19.00-20.00 / hour | Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
Job Summary
We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for managing outbound B2B shipments, coordinating with transportation providers, and ensuring accurate order processing and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and track outbound shipments
- Communicate with clients and carriers on order status
- Update and maintain shipment data in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensure compliance with routing guides and documentation accuracy
- Investigate shipment delays, damages, or losses
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes
- Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of experience in routing, logistics, or warehouse customer service
- Familiarity with WMS and TMS (3PL Central preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual a plus
