Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Seattle office. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employment litigation cases from start to finish, including :
Responding to pleadings and discovery
Taking and defending depositionsDrafting and arguing motionsParticipating in mediations and trial preparationProvide day-to-day counsel to clients on a wide range of employment law challengesDraft and revise employee handbooks, workplace policies, and training programsEducate clients through learning programs that help businesses navigate employment-related challengesLeverage cutting-edge legal technology to provide innovative client solutionsQualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmission to the Washington Bar is required4-6 years of employment litigation experienceStrong legal writing, analytical, and case management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentGrowth mindset with a commitment to client service and collaborationSelf-starter who thrives in both independent and team-based environmentsCompensation & Benefits :
