Program Manager, EHS Supply Chain Operations
This role is part of a team driving safety management and performance within Google's logistics operations. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. You will be responsible for scoping, phasing, and leading ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, ensuring alignment of senior stakeholders. You will also provide additional support and project management oversight to new and critical EHS initiatives to continue to create and iterate our EHS programs. You'll define problem-solving and risk-mitigation strategies and drive engineering / innovation initiatives to reduce risks.
Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating operational EHS risks, assessing the impact to the business, partnering with third-party logistics vendors to drive continuous safety improvements, developing EHS standards and requirements for vendor contracts and operations, reviewing incident investigations submitted by vendors, and conducting and managing assessments of existing EHS programs to ensure alignment with regional strategy.
The US base salary range for this position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
