This role is based in our New York Headquarters 5 days a week and requires frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and oversee maintenance and repair of all facilities, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations, including 21 retail store locations and 2 corporate headquarters and warehouses.
- Create and manage work order requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Validate, negotiate and approve maintenance related spend, serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage all inbound maintenance requests and emergencies, providing efficient and effective project management - prioritizing, scheduling, and executing as required.
- Create and oversee an annualized maintenance schedule to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address store appearance, upkeep, and maintenance needs, ensuring preventative planning, quality standards, continuous improvement and compliance with safety requirements.
- Manage facility-related budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate after-hours support as needed.
- Collaborate with the expansion and design team to ensure facilities meet brand aesthetic and visual standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs, including IT and Operations.
Requirements :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).8+ years of experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, or property management.Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire / life safety).Proven experience managing multiple locations across states.High degree of success verifying quality work to meet brand visual and QC standards.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and vendor management skills.Ability to travel to remote retail store locations and corporate headquarters.Problem-solving and troubleshooting.Time management and multitasking.Vendor and contractor coordination.Budget tracking and reporting.Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or work order tracking software (preferred).Experience in retail or corporate facilities management (preferred).Benefits and Perks :

This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
