HCM Test Lead

A company is looking for an HCM Test Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Guide functional leads in writing effective test cases aligned with L3 processes

Translate business processes into structured test scenarios, including positive, negative, integration, and security tests

Organize and maintain the test case inventory for completeness and consistency

Required Qualifications

Experience in test case development and management

Familiarity with Jira or similar tracking tools

Understanding of business process mapping

Ability to provide templates and best practices for test case writing

Knowledge of test coverage requirements and traceability to business needs
