$160,000–$210,000 base + equity | On-site 4–5 days / week (San Francisco) | Fast-growing Series A startup

I’m currently partnered with a rapidly scaling health tech startup that’s redefining how patients access and experience care through AI. They’re already helping hundreds of thousands of patients navigate healthcare and have achieved 10x growth in ARR over the past year. Backed by top-tier investors (Series A : $25M+), this is a genuine opportunity to join early and shape how revenue is built and scaled within one of the most exciting companies in digital health right now.

The Role

This is a full-cycle Account Executive role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You’ll own deals end-to-end, from prospecting through to close - selling an AI-powered platform that’s transforming how health systems, hospitals, and clinics interact with patients.

You’ll be joining a lean but high-performing sales team that’s already closing multi-million-dollar ARR quarters, so the impact you make will be immediate and visible across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive net-new business across enterprise healthcare organizations (hospitals, health systems, large providers).
  • Lead the full 360 sales cycle.
  • Deliver demos and clearly articulate value to senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to shape GTM strategy and optimize the sales process.
  • Track activity in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline.
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events — travel expected.

What I'm Looking For

  • 4–6 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in health tech or healthcareS.
  • Proven success closing seven-figure enterprise deals with long sales cycles.
  • Track record of 100%+ quota attainment and career progression from BDR → AE.
  • Strong outbound and hunting mentality – you love creating opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technology.
  • Passion for AI, healthcare innovation, and building from the ground up.
  • Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco (4–5 days / week).

  • $160,000–$210,000 base + equity
