Description of the role :

NaBeX Care is seeking a PCA to join our team in Long Beach, CA. This position involves providing personal care and support to individuals in need of assistance.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
  • Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals

Requirements :

  • Previous experience as a PCA or caregiver
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in CPR and first aid
