Contract QA Associate

MUST have Front Office Trading workflow and OMS experience

MUST be local to New York City, Hybrid work schedule, 3 Days Onsite

Responsibilities :

• Perform manual QA testing of front-end trading applications with a focus on front office equities workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and traders to understand requirements, create comprehensive test cases, and document QA procedures.
• Conduct functional, regression, and ad-hoc testing for new features, emergency bug fixes, and system upgrades.
• Validate workflows across :
• Front Office (High-touch trading, electronic trading, Global program trading, ETF basket creation / redemption, PnL calculation, Stock loan locate, IOI, Market data)
• Middle office (Booking, Manual allocation, CTM, FIX allocation)
• Compliance (RegNMS, RegSHO, TRF, ORF, TRACE, CAT reporting)
• Report, track, and manage defects using JIRA.
• Troubleshoot issues by analyzing logs, SQL queries, and test results, escalating as appropriate.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively in a global team environment.
