Job Title : Workforce Development Lead Training Specialist | Management Analyst 5 (MA5)
Location : Olympia, WA Flexible / Hybrid while this position is primarily remote, the incumbent will also travel for in-person meetings and training that bring variety and connection to the work. Flexible schedules and telework options are available, and you'll join a collaborative, mission-driven team that values racial equity, inclusion, and continuous learning.

The Workforce Development Lead Training Specialist (Management Analyst 5) is a unique opportunity to lead Licensing Division (LD) staff and community partners through training and workforce development support. This position is critical to supporting the Licensing Division's goal of being an Employer of Choice a place where staff are happy, healthy, and thriving.
The Opportunity : As a Workforce Development Lead Training Specialist (MA5), you will guide the development and delivery of workforce training projects that support and inform licensing practice statewide. You will oversee key projects, manage training initiatives, and provide expertise that supports staff in carrying out the agency's mission and values.
